Frozen Time is the final and the most powerful technique used by Balthazar. He can stop a single user's time by channeling his mana into it. When he achieved to put his mana into the body of his opponent, he can control the persons body like his puppet and can do whatever he wants to do with the body. It seems to be an extremely powerful technique that Balthazar has, seeing that Luu has used all of her powers to break the spell and attack him.
