Ice Diamonds is a technique summoned by Devil's Ice Magic and used by Balthazar. Balthazar creates big ice-blocks in shape of bullets and fires them off to his enemies. The ice's form can be changed which that the entire ice bullet has a more spiky shape than the other which have a normal shape and spiky on behind.
